It will be necessary to locate the coordinates of the NPC Adniel: 38 ~ 216 which is located in Elbeland.
Clicking on NPC Adniel will bring up the Element Conversion Combination function. To combine Errtel + Talisman you will be prompted to change the item, select the item you want to convert from and the combination will work 100%.
